The highlight of this backyard oasis is the beautiful gunite pool and spa combination surrounded by pavers and tastefully edged with grey and white travertine tile. A spacious gazebo offers a more intimate conversation area providing much needed shade from the afternoon sun. Two bar seating areas, a propane BBQ grill, and a firepit with seating for everyone to enjoy are a few of the backyard amenities. 75" TV for the common living space.

The kitchen is show stopper, boasting gray quartz countertops, waved glass back splashes, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Black slate floors are throughout this custom built home completed just two months ago. Black slate is also featured in the master walk in shower for crisp, clean lines. King bed and 55" TV in the main bedroom, queen bed and 44" TV in 1st guest room, full over full bunks and 44" TV in the 2nd guest room. Luxurious linens in every room for your comfort and restful nights after the long summer days at the lake. One garage space available for guest use. Eight adults is the maximum allowed for this property. Base guests 6. Extra guests at $20/pp/day 8 maximum. Pet welcome with an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee.
